Build Process

1. Meeting You have a meeting with a Cox Real Estate Group representative of Century 21 Diversified. Search Start your builder and community search, determined by a desired location and price range. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. Purchase a New Home Select a home builder, community, floor plan, and home site. Note: Sale is contingent upon mortgage approval. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4. Mortgage Application Meet with a mortgage company loan officer for a mortgage application. Note: This may be before home purchase. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5. Construction Process The home builder will build your new home, in the community on home site you have selected. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6. The Closing The home builder will arrange a meeting for you at a title company.You sign the closing documents. You can move in your new home!
